Here comes the gadget spam: Galaxy S5 Active and S5 Zoom uncovered

Just as we expected would be the case in 2014, Samsung seemingly plans to continue using its extremely effective “gadget spam” strategy this year and flood the market with multiple versions of its new flagship Galaxy S5 smartphone. We’re not sure how well they sold — though a trusted source told BGR late last year that the Galaxy S4 Active was a somewhat popular option at AT&T — but two of Samsung’s more talked about Galaxy S4 variants were the S4 Active and the S4 Zoom. The former is a water-resistant and dust-resistant handset while the latter focused on photography. Now, according to two separate leaks on Tuesday, it looks like both the Active and the Zoom lines will be carrier forward in 2014.

Apple iOS 7.1 close to final release

Many people didn’t understand how Apple could take so long with iOS 7.1, though we have been able to detail the company’s progress every step of the way. We have learned that Apple will most likely not release another iOS 7.1 beta for download, meaning that the public release of the software should be available sometime in the coming weeks. One of our sources pegs the release happening in early March, though that does seem far away for us. We expect a gold master build to be available before iOS 7.1 makes it way into general customers’ hands, though there is currently no hard date for that......... read full article 



"الداخلية" تعلن الحرب على "الموتوسيكلات الصينى" بعد استخدامها بالإرهاب والاغتيالات.. البحث عن ربع مليون دراجة بخارية غير مرخصة.. إجراءات مشددة على مستوردين.. واقتحام البؤر الإجرامية للمتاجرين بها

بدأت وزارة الداخلية "حربا" على الدراجات البخارية "الصينى" بعد تكرار استخدامها فى حوادث الإرهاب والاغتيالات، حيث شهدت البلاد مؤخرا موجة من الأعمال الإرهابية كان القاسم المشترك فيها جميعا الدراجات البخارية، فتم اغتيال اللواء محمد السعيد مدير المكتب الفنى لوزير الداخلية بواسطتها، بالإضافة إلى حادث إطلاق الرصاص على كنيسة الوراق وقتل الطفلة مريم وآخرين وإصابة العشرات، وغيرها من الحوادث التى تمت من خلال إرهابيين يستقلون دراجات بخارية تكون فى الغالب بدون لوحات معدنية.
وبدأت وزارة الداخلية بعد تكرار هذه الحوادث بشن حملات على أصحاب وقائدى هذه الدراجات غير المرخصة، حيث بدأت مديريات الأمن على مستوى الجمهورية......تابع قراءة الخبر من مصدره ( اليوم السابع )

Building a Better Battery

SAN FRANCISCO — The next breakthrough smartphone, or maybe the one after that, might not have a traditional battery as its sole source of power. Instead, it could pull energy from the air or power itself through television, cellular or Wi-Fi signals.

Engineers at Apple even tried for many years to build a smarter battery by adding solar charging to iPhones and iPods, a former Apple executive said. And they have continued to experiment with solar charging, two people who work at the company said.

Batteries, long the poor cousin to computer chips in research-obsessed Silicon Valley, are now the rage.

New report claims to reveal almost every last detail about the iPhone 6

Somewhere around a dozen independent reports claim to have confirmed Apple’s plans to launch two new iPhone models in 2014, and now we can toss another one onto the pile. This latest report comes from South Korea’s top brokerage KDB Daewoo Securities, which is known for having inside sources that have accurately foretold companies’ plans on numerous occasions in the past. But while KDB’s recent note on the iPhone 6 and phablet-sized iPhone are mostly in line with a number of earlier reports, there are one or two areas where the firm’s claims stray into the bizarre.

In a note to investors delivered last week and picked up on Monday by Oled-display.net, KDB Daewoo Securities detailed upcoming flagship phones from both Apple and Samsung. In the case of Apple’s new iPhone models, the note seemingly reveals almost every last detail regarding the devices’ main specs.

بمناسبة عيد الحب يتفنن الاشخاص فى انواع الهدايا واشكالها فتجد العديد من الافكار  فى ابتكار الهدايا ومن تلك الافكار ما هو غريب ولافت للنظر  فيسعى العديد الى تقديم هدايا مميزة لاتنسى ولها ذكرى  فنجد من تللك الهدايا الغريبة  بعض الهدايا على شكل اجزاء من الجسم من الاسنان او الشعر  والبعض الاخر يعبر بشكل ظريف ومضحطك حتى يكون للهدية ذكراها  واخرون يستخدمون الورد ولكن يقدمونه بطريقة غريبة فى يقدمونه بشكله الجميل ولكنهم يقدمونه ذابل جاف
